Penn International Relations Conference

The Penn International Relations Conference is a project undertaken by the IAA to promote International affairs amongst high school students in West Philadelphia. This year PIRC will be held on November 4-5, 2011. The goal of PIRC is to support and foster a love of international relations among area high school students through speaker events and group activities. Several distinguished Penn professors speak on a variety of globally significant topics. High School students will also have the opportunity to interact with representatives from the Office of Admissions. Last year PIRC had just over 250 students and this year over 400 are scheduled to attend. The conference is completely free of charge and includes lunch and a souvenir t-shirt.
