The Special Events Secretariat is the branch of the IAA that is responsible for all social planning that takes place within the club. In the past, Special Events has hosted paint balling, rock climbing, a trip to the Poconos, a Spring Semi-Formal, Fall Hayride, Mafia Nights, and countless other events. They have also recently begun to focus more on community service with a partnership World Affairs Association of Philadelphia. All members of the club are encouraged to participate in special events that the IAA plans as a way to meet members of the club they don’t work with and to have a great time.
